Addition of ERP 'Authorization Request Reason' Function.
When clicking [Request Authorization] button at the bottom of the 'No Authorization' notification window, you can enter reason for requesting authorization.
The Master ID can approve/reject by referring to the reason in the Awaiting for Permission Approval.
