You can use all ECOUNT function in PHP2,800/month without additional fee for each user. All technical aspects like the system server, security backup etc. are supported by ECOUNT so there is no additional fee for maintenance.
(There are other additional features such as Groupware [PHP500/5 users/month] and Webmail [PHP250/10 users/month] where fees can be added but this is optional.)

Installation on your PC is not required.
ECOUNT is a web-based system that can be accessed via the internet without any separate installation. Thanks to its web-based nature, you can share work in real time without restrictions of time or location. Since users access the ECOUNT system server directly, upgrading the ECOUNT ERP server ensures that all users benefit from the latest version, making maintenance convenient.

If you have existing business data in Excel format, you can easily upload it to ECOUNT ERP.

ECOUNT applies robust security standards by obtaining ISO 27001 international certification, ensuring the safe storage of customer information. In addition, we have established a thorough security system exceeding that of large enterprises, including network firewalls, IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems), 24-hour monitoring, and IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems). Data entered into ECOUNT ERP is stored simultaneously in multiple databases, so even if an issue occurs with a specific server, services can be restored in the shortest possible time. Important data is transmitted and received in encrypted form.

Data entered into ECOUNT ERP can be backed up by users themselves in Excel format for a selected period. In addition, ECOUNT performs daily backups internally as a precaution.

ECOUNT ERP offers a unique User Customization feature, allowing you to select the functions you wish to use and optimize the ERP environment—from input screens to inquiry screens—to fit your company’s business processes. Furthermore, should your business environment change or additional requirements arise, you can respond immediately using this feature.
