Two Training Sessions for On-boarding
Utilizing two complimentary training sessions will greatly assist in the early adoption and stabilization of your ERP system.
An ERP specialist consultant will analyze your business processes and set up the ERP environment tailored to your requirements.
The duration of each training session may vary depending on the nature of your business, but is generally based on approximately two hours.

First Training
- Analysis of each department’s business processes and confirmation of requirements
- Training on how to set up the ERP environment according to workflow
- Training on additional ERP features you wish to utilize
- Training on how to use necessary functions

Second Training
- Conducted on average 1 to 2 months after the first training
- Identification of issues and questions that have arisen during use
- Training on additional ERP features you wish to utilize
How to Maximize the Effectiveness of Training
- Prior to training, each employee should review relevant video tutorials for their respective responsibilities
- The first session is mainly focused on explaining ERP features
- After the training, the client company should have a period of 2 to 3 weeks to apply and use the system directly
- During the second session, a Q&A format is used to address any questions
