Checking Inventory Insufficiency

Checking Inventory in Real-Time

For the purchasing managers to be able to decide whether to put an order for purchases or not, they must see how many of the items they have, and where in real-time.
ECOUNT's sales and purchases menus - menus related to stock going out and coming in - will have effect on the inventory balance books in real-time.
Also, since it is 100% web-based, you can check inventory balance status wherever you are.

Automatic Calculation for Purchase Order

For those items with enough inventory balance, you do not need to make a purchase order.
Even if you may have enough balance, if these are soon to be shipped out to customers, you would need to make an order for purchases.
Current stock balance, balance that will soon be coming in or going out, minimum stock levels are all taken into consideration when calculating for purchase orders.

These request data can later be used when creating the real order for purchases to your vendors.

Sending Purchase Order to Vendors

You can send purchase orders to your vendors by printing and also by email right away.
Template for these purchase orders can be customized to suit your needs more.
When creating purchase orders, you can pull data from related menus, such as sales order and purchase request, for easy entry.

Accurate Inventory Bookkeeping

  • Automatic Application of Purchasing Data
As you create purchasing slips, it will be applied to your inventory balance and books.
You do not need to create the same data to top up your inventory, so there will be no room for mistakes.
  • Inventory Adjustment
You can adjust ECOUNT's inventory book data with the data you got from the real physical count at your warehouse.
If there is a difference between the book balance and real balance, you can see which item in which warehouse has differences.

Supplying Item On Time

With sales order deadline and expected production finishing date, you can see whether there will be an insufficiency in stock balance.
Purchase order quantity can be calculated by taking future stock in/out quantity into consideration.
If it is an item to be produced, it will be calculated based on BOM data.
Since ECOUNT can calculate adequate level of purchase order quantity, you can prevent stock shortage from happening.

A/P by Vendor Management

Purchasing data will be applied to A/P by Vendor so that you can check pending payment to your vendors at a glance.
With Customer/Vendor Book, you can easily check the remaining balance by each vendor and by date range.
These reports can be sent to your vendors by email.
