Checking Inventory Insufficiency
Checking Inventory in Real-Time
For the purchasing managers to be able to decide whether to put an order for purchases or not, they must see how many of the items they have, and where in real-time.
ECOUNT's sales and purchases menus - menus related to stock going out and coming in - will have effect on the inventory balance books in real-time.
Also, since it is 100% web-based, you can check inventory balance status wherever you are.
Automatic Calculation for Purchase Order
For those items with enough inventory balance, you do not need to make a purchase order.
Even if you may have enough balance, if these are soon to be shipped out to customers, you would need to make an order for purchases.
Current stock balance, balance that will soon be coming in or going out, minimum stock levels are all taken into consideration when calculating for purchase orders.
